1.Colored touch screen displays the set, concentrated displays temperature parameter and the
display is more directly. Set the parameter in batch, and clearly color lumps indicate the
over temperature or low temperature.
2.Repairing and maintenance are more convenient with drawer type mechanism and small size.
3.Regulating voltage output keeps the voltage of the heater strip below the maximum work
voltage, greatly reducing the heater strip aging, and prolonging the life of the hot runner system
4.The input signal is differential input supporting the connection of thermocouple compensating
wire, reducing the temperature error because of the long line.
5.The system sets up the user authorization, so if the user wants to modify the parameters,
the password must to be entered. With remote communication function, it can realize the remote
upload and download the control parameter.
6.With heating dehumidification function, the heating temperature will be controlled automatically
within the dehumidification temperature limit after booting. When overran the dehumidification time,
it will automatically enter the heating state.
